This recipe was sent to me by MawHawg... This is a great alternative to using ground beef and so tasty too!!


Turkey Meatloaf


Prep/Cooking Time: 1 1/2 hours

Yields: 6 servings (may have leftovers)

2 lbs. ground Turkey meat (1/2 breast & 1/2   dark meats)

1 large Egg

1/2 small yellow Onion, finely chopped

1 small Carrot, peeled and grated

1 small Zuccini, grated

4 slices white Bread, torn into very tiny bits

1 teaspoon White Worchestershire sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning

1 Teaspoon Season-All

1/2 packet dry Turkey Gravy Mix

1/2 Cup Milk


Use 7 X 11 glass baking dish/pan sprayed lightly with Pam...

In a large bowl, add meat sprinkled with gravy mix, season-all, poultry seasoning and worchestershire, egg and milk and blend with your hands to mix thoroughly.

Add in remaining ingredients and again, using your hands mix well to incorporate.

Place meat mixture into baking pan and spread out evenly, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr. 15 min.

Slice into to squares to serve.

Accompany with: Mashed Potatoes or Rice and green Vegetable.

Excellent for sandwiches when cold.
