What a delicious recipe sent to me by BJGourmet! You will never want to eat a casserole any other way after trying this wonderful recipe.



Turkey Florentine



16 oz frozen chopped spinach

1/2 stick butter, divided

2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles

2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, chopped

1-1/2 cups turkey gravy or chicken gravy

8 oz Sour Cream French Onion Dip

2 chicken bouillon cubes

Onion Powder, to taste

Garlic Powder, to taste

Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1/2 stick butter, divided

3/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes

1/4 cup freshly grated Romano Cheese



Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain & squeeze out excess water.

Cook noodles in water with bouillon cubes just until al-dente; drain. Combine gravy, turkey, onion dip & seasonings.

Layer noodles in baking dish, followed by spinach. Dot with 2 tablespoons of the butter, cut into small cubes.

Pour turkey/gravy mixture over noodles and spinach. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with Romano cheese.

Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
