Here is a very different salad recipe from Aninka.. This is what she says about it...

It is very simple and tasty - but only if you like and can eat raw veggies. I call it Summer salad because I do it mostly during Summer months. Salad is cold, refreshing and peppers cost a lot less.

I slice 3 red peppers, add sliced mozarella cheese (in little rectangles), sliced ham, one half of sliced red onion and coarsly sliced egg whites from 10 hard boiled eggs.

Then I add mayonnaise - 2 or 3 tablespoons. Mix well, chill. When I serve it, I add a sliced Roma tomato to each individual serving, because if it's added to the whole mixture, it seems to make it watery. It is best to be served with fresh french bread.
