Shrimp And Crab Fluffs

1 lb peeled & deveined raw shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup green onion blades, chopped
Vegetable oil for frying
1 bottle of sweet & sour sauce
Grind the shrimp and place in a bowl with the crabmeat.
In another bowl, beat the egg & milk together until smooth. Add the milk/egg mixture to the shrimp/crab along with the salt/pepper/soda.
Carefully blend in the flour to the shrimp mixture making sure to avoid any lumps. Mixture will be sticky.
Fold in the green onion. In a frying pan, pour about 1 1/2 inches of oil for frying. Drop the mixture by tablespoons into the hot oil.
The mixture will "fluff" up and float to the top of the oil as it cooks. Turn once making sure the fluff is cooked on all sides.
Drain on paper towels. Serve with sweet & sour sauce...
