This recipe was sent to me by Kathy aka RCCruisers... This is what she says about it...
This one sounds like it would be good. The only thing is that I do not bake my pound cakes this high, and cook longer. I would bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
FRESH PEACH CAKE
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. peeled, chopped fresh peaches
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Combine flour, soda and salt. Mix sour cream with peaches.
Add dry ingredients, alternately with peach mixture, beating well. Add flavorings.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
