Peanut Butter Cookie recipe



1 cup Splenda (sugar substitute)

1 cup crunchy Peanut Butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg


Mix ingredients together then roll into balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press them with a fork to get the lines. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until they are as brown as you want them.
