Here is a wonderful addition to the family menu.. An all time favorite and it's low calorie too!! Thanks to MawHawg who sent this recipe!!

Low Calorie Macaroni And Cheese

Prep/Time: 20 min. Bake Time: 1 hour

Yields: 4-8 dinner servings

1 16oz. box of Gremelli Pasta, cooked to Al     Dente and drained

1 Pint No Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese

1 15 oz. can Evaporated Skim Milk

1 Tablespoon prepared yellow Mustard

1 Tablespoon dried Onion Flakes

2 8 oz. packages 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded.

Use a 7 X 11 glass baking dish sprayed lightly with Pam. or 2 qt. casserole dish, sprayed lightly...

Cook Gremelli with salt added to water as directed on package and drain well.

In a blender add in order: Skim Milk, Mustard, Cottage Cheese and Onion. Blend to liquify and pour over pasta. Add 1 package of shredded cheese and toss with mixture to blend and coat pasta thoroughly.

Pour into baking dish and top with remaining package of shredded cheese..

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
