This next recipe sent by Hippoluver is one that kids of all ages will just love!!!

Hawaiian Fruit Salad Dressing

2 very ripe bananas

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

4 Tbsp brown sugar

Mash bananas with fork until mashed enough to mix. Add to medium size bowl. Add rest of ingredients to bananas. Mix well.

Add to fresh fruit salad. Any fruit in the salad will do. Mix well and serve.

Stores in the fridge for about 1 week, covered tightly.

Kids really love this. I also use frozen bananas on popsicle sticks and put a little dressing in a dixie cup for dip on summer days.

Good for a nutritious snack at school for classroom moms. Better results if the bananas on a stick are kept frozen...
