For all who love garlic, here's a delicious recipe by BJGourmet...

40 Clove Chicken Wings


2-1/2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup olive oil

40 cloves fresh peeled garlic

3/4 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Preheat oven to 425.

Place wings in single layer in large oven roasting pan. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine and coat everything.

Cover and bake for about 1 hour or until the garlic cloves are tender. Transfer to serving platter. Serve with crusty French bread to dip in the garlicky oil.

The cloves may be eaten as they are or spread on the bread. Remember, baking the garlic mellows the flavor.
