Coconut Caramel Pie
1/4 cup butter
7 oz. can coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. cool whip
1 - 12 oz. jar caramel ice cream topping
2 - 9" deep dish pie crusts (pre-baked)
Melt butter, add coconut. Cook until brown, stirring frequently.
Combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Fold cool whip into that mixture.
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the pie shell.
Top with coconut and pecans then pour caramel over, repeating for each layer.
Chill until set.
