Philly Cheese Casserole...

Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

Yields: 4 Servings

1 package Ore-Ida Country Style Hash Browns

1/2 lb. London Broil Steak, 2 Inches Thick and very thinly sliced into strips.

2 medium yellow Onions, sliced in rounds thinly   and seperated.

1 very large Green Pepper, cored/seeded and thinly sliced.

2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup.

1 teaspoon Garlic Season-All

Spray a 7 X 11 glass baking pan lightly with Pam.

In a non-stick skillet, add meat, sprinkle with Season-all and sautee over medium heat, as meat begins to loose its pinkness, add in the onions and peppers, stir fry for approximately 2- 3 minutes.

In a bowl, add thawed hashbrowns and soup, thoroughly mix and place 1/2 mixture in the bottom of pan...add meat mixture evenly over the top of potatoes and cover with remaining potato mix.

Cover with foil and bake until bubbly for 40 minutes at 375...

Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes to slightly brown top of potatoes. Cool to set 5-8 min.

Serve with Green Tossed Salad.
