Here's another great recipe that MawHawg is sharing with us. I have bought this one in a box but now I can make the homemade version of it..
Prep/Cooking Time: 10 Minutes Yield: 3-4 Servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 Green Onions, only green portion,chopped...
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (Health Request can)
1 Teaspoon Garlic Season-All
1 Teaspoon ground Nutmeg
1 Medium Portabello Mushroom, sliced thin 1/2 Cup Low Fat Sour Cream
In non stick skillet - sautee (fry) beef, onions and season-all over medium heat, until meat is no longer pink, add in mushrooms and soup. Cover and cook until soup has liquified.
Turn off heat, add in nutmeg and stir to mix, add sour cream and incorporated into mixture to blend...
Serve over Rice (Prepare 2 C.Uncle Ben's Instant White Rice) Accompany with: Medley of Steamed Baby Carrots/Broccili Crowns/Pea Pods or a nice selection of Steamed Zuccini's and Cornbread or Biscuits...
